Common Issues on GlobalQuake

Please contact us at help@globalquake.net if you cannot find an answer to your question.

This issue is commonly caused by the computers time not being synched to real-time. To fix this issue, open settings and select "Time & Language", then toggle the "Set time automatically" switch to On, and press the "Sync now" button to finish synchronizing your time.

This issue is commonly found when too many stations are selected in the select station menu for your computers RAM to handle. This problem can be fixed by selecting less stations, reducing RAM usage by reducing "Waveform data storage time" in GlobalQuake settings, or connecting to a server.
